For over forty years, CMC Properties has successfully owned and managed thousands of apartments, offices, and retail stores. Client's Need

Beyond standard promotion of their available properties, a website that could help guide a prospective renter to the right location and floorplan. The site should be full of useful information, and it should be visually engaging. Search engine optimization (SEO) and site metrics are a top priority, as marketing should have a constant understanding of the success of the site. The web developer must be reliable and expert, though site self-administration is an attractive plus.

To take advantage of web outlets like YouTube, video representation of the properties is also of strong interest.

Our Solution

A sophisticated showroom website containing the following:

  • a bolder approach to both navigation and design, guiding the visitor by his/her interest,
  • an extensive and searchable catalog of properties, also accessible by interactive Flash maps of the Greater Cincinnati area,
  • online application forms,
  • various links to online resources for bill payment, referrals, maintenance requests, tour scheduling, and much more.

Other pages showcase company history, press, comparison information, awards garnered, a blog, and CMC's property management services. As a content management system, the site is securely editable by authorized CMC personnel, and edits are real-time, site-wide, and easy to implement.

Videos were also created for all of the CMC residential properties using AfterEffects, pre-existing branding, and voiceover work.

The video at the right is one in a series of videos for all of CMC Properties residential rental areas. Creating them all together as a single project reduced the total pricing, and made them a very affordable, very effective marketing tool.
