English Traditions is a family owned and operated business specializing in fine European Antiques and European made replica furniture.
Client's Need
A modern, fully-interactive website that would illustrate the history and character of the antique furniture sold in their multiple locations in an intimate, artistic manner.
Our Solution
An XHTML/Flash hybrid site that was designed to emulate both an art catalog and an in-person visit. Although full e-commerce implementation was not needed, inventory detail and contact information were a focus. Stylish, interactive virtual showrooms allowed visitors to view furniture set combinations and to zoom in on single items. The site also covered information and inventory from both English Traditions locations, and allowed customers to contact the store(s) with online customer "wish list" requests.
